Registrations recieved after January 20th are now subject to the fees of $25 per child late fee. There are no multiplechild discounts for late registrants. Late registrations must be postmarked no later than April 1st, 2008. |
* If this is your child's first season we need a copy of your child's birth certificate or other suitable birthdate proof. If you can not come in person then please mail it along with your signed registration. DO NOT SEND IN AN ORIGINAL BIRTH CERTIFICATE.
* As noted on the registration form you must include payment with your registration.
